Supreme Court Puts The Innocent to Death

NUGENT: Supreme Court puts the innocent to death

What do you think will happen when 30,000 prisoners go free?

By Ted Nugent
Here's something for your supremely stupid files. Our vaunted Supreme Court recently ruled that California must reduce the number of prisoners in state prisons because of overcrowding. Our Supreme Court thinks overcrowding in prisons is cruel and unusual punishment.
Never mind that essentially ordering the release of more than 30,000 monsters will create more victims of crime, destroy more families and cause our streets and neighborhoods to be less safe.
Of course the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) applauded the court's decision, as the group remains more concerned with protecting the "rights" of criminals than protecting law-abiding, taxpaying citizens who surely will become victims if California's plan to reduce overcrowding does not meet Fedzilla standards.
California is submitting a plan to reduce prison overcrowding while doing its best not to release any of these violent punks. My advice is for someone at the California Department of Cages to contact Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Phoenix and ask him how to build a barbed-wire fence, put up tents, purchase pink skivvies in bulk and make bologna sandwiches. California prison overpopulation problem solved.
We live in the land of the bizzaro, where common sense is no longer common. Think of this: A violent ape is convicted of a felony and sent to prison, which is supposed to be uncomfortable punishment, and then the Supreme Court steps in and mandates his release because the prison is overcrowded. And we are supposed to respect this?
How's this: Who cares if prisons are overcrowded? Would you rather have overcrowded prisons or more violent apes on our streets to prey upon you? Only a deranged person, a violent punk, the ACLU and now our Supreme Court would side with releasing prisoners over the safety of the public.
Clear-thinking Americans who are supremely addicted to logic want these punks off the streets and in cages, where they belong, with the violent apes who already have committed any number of crimes. It doesn't matter to me if we cage them in something just slightly bigger than a shoe box.
We need to make prison painful, ugly and supremely uncomfortable. We need to make it so that anyone who has spent any time in the slammer never wants to return. That's real rehabilitation.
The real definition of cruel and unusual punishment is ordering the release of tens of thousands of criminals, knowing full well that once that is done, there will be more murders, rapes, violent assaults, robberies and numerous other crimes against the innocent residents of the Golden State and all over America.
It is fanatical barbarism for the Supreme Court to dare make such a rule, knowing that its decision will create more victims. I have no respect for a Supreme Court that obviously has more respect for violent thugs and punks than hardworking, law-abiding Americans.
It's not worth the price of creating even one victim of crime to relieve overcrowding in prisons by prematurely releasing 30,000 or so apes.
Build as many prison tent cities out in the desert as we need and let the violent apes fill them up. Make it uncomfortable. Make them serve every day of their sentences. Make them pay the price for the crimes they commit.

The Progressive's Perfect Trojan Horse

A  BLACK MAN'S POINT OF  VIEW:
No  white man could ever write an article like this  and live to tell about it.  A  Black Man, The Progressive's Perfect Trojan  HorseBy Lloyd  Marcus
As  millions of my fellow Americans, I am outraged,  devastated and extremely angry by the democrat's  unbelievable arrogance and disdain for We The  People.  Despite our screaming "no" from the  rooftops, they forced ObamaCare down our  throats.  Please forgive me for using the  following crude saying, but it is very appropriate  to describe what has happened.  "Don't  urinate on me and tell me it's raining."  Democrats  say their mission is to give all Americans health  care.  The democrats are lying.  Signing  ObamaCare into law against our will and the  Constitution is tyranny and step one of their  hideous goal of having as many Americans as  possible dependent on government, thus controlling  our lives and fulfilling Obama's promise to  fundamentally transform America  .
I  keep asking myself.  How did our government  move so far from the normal procedures of getting  things done?  Could a white president have  so successfully pulled off shredding the  Constitution to further his agenda?  I think  not.
Ironically, proving America is completely the  opposite of the evil racist country they  relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives  used America 's goodness, guilt and sense of fair  play against her.  In their quest to  destroy America as we know it, progressives  borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek  mythology.  They offered America a modern day  Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted golden shiny  new black man as a presidential candidate.   Democrat Joe Biden lauded Obama as the first clean  and articulate African American candidate.   Democrat Harry Reid said Obama only uses a black  dialect when he wants.
White America relished the opportunity to vote for  a black man naively believing they would never  suffer the pain of being called racist  again.  Black Americans viewed casting their  vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action  for America 's sins of the past.   Then there were the entitlement loser voters who  said, "I'm  votin' for the black dude who promises to take  from those rich SOBs and give to  me."   Just as the  deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted  Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their  victory, deceived Americans embraced the  progressive's young, handsome, articulate and so  called moderate black presidential candidate as a  symbol of their liberation from accusation of  being a racist nation.  Also like the Trojan  Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding  inside.   Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in  Obama, the shiny golden black man.  A raging  army of democrats charged out.  Without  mercy, they began their vicious bloody slaughter  of every value, freedom and institution we  Americans hold dear; launching the end of America  as we know it.
Wielding swords of votes reeking with the  putrid odor of back door deals, the democrats  landed a severe death blow to America and  individual rights by passing  ObamaCare.
The  mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly  badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations  of racism.  Because I am a black tea party  patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking  me the same veiled question.  "Why are you  siding with these white racists against America 's  first African American president?"  I defend  my fellow patriots who are white stating, "These patriots do not  give a hoot about Obama's skin color.  They  simply love their country and oppose his radical  agenda.  Obama's race is not an  issue."
Recently, I  have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about  Obama's race not being an issue.  In reality,  Obama's presidency has everything to do with  racism, but not from the Tea Party  movement.   Progressives and Obama have exploited his race  from the rookie senator's virtually unchallenged  presidential campaign to his unprecedented  bullying of America into ObamaCare.  Obama's  race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a  presidential candidate and most recently even the  Constitution of the United States .  ObamaCare  forces all Americans to purchase health care which  is clearly unconstitutional.
No  white president could get away with boldly and  arrogantly thwarting the will of the American  people and ignoring laws.  President Clinton  tried universal health care.  Bush tried  social security reform.  The American people  said "no" to both president's proposals and it was  the end of it.  So how can Obama get away  with giving the American people the finger?   The answer.  He is  black.
The mainstream liberal media continues to  portray all who oppose Obama in any way as  racist.  Despite a list of failed policies,  overreaches into the private sector, violations of  the Constitution and planned destructive  legislation too numerous to mention in this  article, many Americans are still fearful of  criticizing our first black  president.
Incredible.
My  fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow  yourselves to be "played" and intimidated by  Obama's race or the historical context of his  presidency.  If we are to save America , the  greatest nation on the planet, Obama's progressive  agenda must be stopped. Rainbow Bridge

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

My Best Friend

Greetings to All:

I am sending this out as kind of a memorial to a friend that I lost on June 1st.....all 11 pounds of my 16 year old Chihuahua.  Now, I know that some of you, probably most, feel that these creatures are not REALLY a part of your family.  For those of us that do, including some very notable people, we grieve over the death of our animals.  Of course I pampered mine to the point that one friend told me that, if reincarnation were in the cards, she wanted to reincarnate as one of my dogs.  I have a female friend in parole that lost her dog.  Her grief was profound enough that she had to take a couple of days off.  Almost to a person, my co workers couldn't understand.  It was "only a dog" they said.  I found the insensitivity appalling.  They don't call them "Man's Best Friend" for nothing.  Anyway, my Lexi's death brought this old battle hardened Marine to his knees.  I never knew I had so many tears.  Anyway, I don't mind sharing this with you as "Just a Dog" was a big part of my life.  I picked her ashes up today.  And I hope that you will read and take to heart some of what is included below.  I don't feel too out of place sending this out.  I know that, if it hits the email lists of any of the retired guys that were K9 officers, retired their dogs and finally lost them, they may understand.

JUST A DOG
From time to time, people tell me,
"lighten up, it's just a dog,"
or, "that's a lot of money for just a dog."
They don't understand the distance traveled,
the time spent, or the costs involved for
"just a dog."
Some of my proudest moments have come about with
"just a dog."
Many hours have passed and my only company was
"just a dog,"
but I did not once feel slighted.
Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by
"just a dog,"
and in those days of darkness,
the gentle touch of "just a dog"
gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.
If you, too, think it's "just a dog,"
then you will probably understand phases
like "just a friend," "just a sunrise," or
"just a promise."
"Just a dog" brings into my life the very essence
of friendship, trust, and pure unbridled joy.
"Just a dog" brings out the compassion and
patience that make me a better person.
Because of "just a dog" I will rise early,
take long walks and look longingly to the future.
So for me and folks like me, it's not "just a dog"
but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams
of the future, the fond memories of the past,
and the pure joy of the moment.
"Just a dog" brings out what's good in me and
diverts my thoughts away from myself and the
worries of the day.
I hope that someday they can understand that
it's not "just a dog"
but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps
me from being "just a man."
So the next time you hear the phrase "just a dog."
just smile, because they "just don't understand."

Semper Fidelis,
Gary N. Darby
