Please read this. Justice Scalia, whether he is conservative or not, is the longest tenured Associate Justice on the Supreme Court and is going to clarify some constitutional law to the new freshmen House Representatives. It is considered poor judgment by the liberals because Justice Scalia was chosen by conservative congresswoman Michelle Bachmann. Would it have been different if Barney Frank would have chosen Justice Sotomayor or Bader-Ginsberg to address the freshman class? Wouldn't have been a whimper!!!!!
